The petitioner, Kishan Lal died on 20.11.2008 leaving behind his six legal
heirs(all sons), namely, S/Sri Chaman Singh, Braj Pal Singh, Shyam Singh,
Ram Lal, Jai Prakash and Om Prakash.
The application is allowed.
The name of Sri Kishan Lal, petitioner be deleted from the array of the parties
and the names of S/Sri Chaman Singh, Braj Pal Singh, Shyam Singh, Ram
Lal, Jai Prakash and Om Prakash be substituted.
Substitution may be carried on within two weeks.
