her heavenly abode.

Let counsel for the petitioner take steps for

substitution of the sole petitioner by filing substitution

petition within two weeks from today.

Put up this matter after three weeks maintaining

its position.

Meanwhile, counsel for the Bank should seek

instruction in the matter, failing which the request made in

the writ petition shall be allowed.
