2. 23.8.2011. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 under

ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D to

show cause as to why this application be not admitted for

hearing or disposed of at the stage of admissions itself, for

which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing

which this application as against the concerned opposite

party shall stand rejected without further reference to a

Bench.

Rule is made returnable within three months.

In the meantime, Call for the legible carbon copy of

the case diary of Rupaspur P.S. Case No.82 of 2008 from the

court of S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna.
