It appears that two defects were pointed out by the

office by its note dated 20.12.2008.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that the

defect no.1 relates to the court below for sending the decree

for correction. So far as the defect no.2 is concerned that

has been removed within time.

I.A. No.9603 of 2010:

This application has been filed under Order XLI

Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure for stay of further

proceeding of Execution Case No.3 of 2009 pending in the

court of Munsif, Lakhisarai.

As prayed for on behalf of the respondents, post

this matter under the same heading on Monday next, i.e.,

29th of November, 2010 to enable them to file rejoinder.

In the meantime, further proceeding of Execution

Case No.3 of 2009 pending in the court of Munsif,

Lakhisarai, shall remain stayed till Monday next, i.e., 29th

of November, 2010.
