Tiwari, Advocate who is not responding at the moment. The original counsel
i.e. Sri Virendra Kumar Shukla is, however, present in the Court. He has no
knowledge or instructions in respect of the withdrawal of the petition.

The newly engaged counsel Sri S.C. Tiwari has also not filed No objection of
the previous counsel and is also not responding at the moment.

In view of the above, this application deserves to be and is accordingly
rejected.
