Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that
petitioner no. 1 Km. Nupur Jaiswal has been illegally detained by
respondent nos. 4 to 6.

Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 has been accepted
by learned AGA.

Issue notices to respondent no. 4, 5 and 6 for producing the
corpus before the Court on 14th July, 2010. Respondent nos 2 and
3 shall ensures that the petitioner no. 1 is produced in Court on
said date.

List before appropriate Court on 14th July, 2010.

Let a certified copy of this order be given to learned AGA within
24 hours.
