Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for
respondents.

The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is that petitioner’s
representations dated 14.7.2009 and 30.7.2009 are pending before respondent
No.2 for the purposes of appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra.

In such circumstances this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent
No.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar to decide representations of
petitioner by a speaking and reasoned order within a period two months from
the date of production of certified copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
