Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent that
the opposite parties be directed to consider and dispose of the representation
of the petitioner. He submits that all necessary facts have been stated in the
representation of the petitioner, contained in Annexure no.2 to the writ
petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this petition is disposed of finally with the
direction that the representation of the petitioner, contained in Annexure no.2
to the writ petition, be considered and disposed of by a speaking and reasoned
order by the competent authority within a period of two months from the date
of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above observation, the petition is disposed of finally.
