By notification dated 17.12.1998, the respondent-National

Power Training Institute has been brought under the jurisdiction of the

Central Administrative Tribunal and has been placed at serial number 31 of

the Schedule.

Consequently, this writ petition is directed to be transferred to

the Central Administrative Tribunal. Parties through their counsel are

directed to appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh

Bench, on 11.05.2009.
