                                      O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Public Prosecutor. The petitioner is bound to comply with the

conditions, which is sought to be relaxed – that he should not enter the

jurisdiction of Taliparamba Police Station till 28.07.07. I do not, in

these circumstances, find any necessity to modify the conditions. I am

not entering any finding on the alleged violation of the conditions by

the petitioner. Option of the prosecution to take action for such

violation, if any, will, of course, remain.

2. This Crl.M.C is, dismissed with the above observations.
