Khare for the respondent no.5.

A development has taken place namely the District Inspector of Schools on
28.6.2010 has passed an order approving the appointment of respondent no.5
as clerk in the Institution and the representation made by the petitioner for the
purpose has been rejected .

Counsel for the petitoner submits that the said order has been passed in
collusion with respondent no.3.

The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh
petition challenging the order dated 28.6.2010.
