The impugned order dated 28.04.2010 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act,
Mainpuri in Sessions Trial No. 46 of 2008 (State Vs. Adesh Kumar), under
Section 302 I.P.C. relating to Police Station-Kurawali, District-Mainpuri does
not suffer any error of law.

This Criminal Misc. Application is merit-less and hence is dismissed.
