The petitioner is license holder of the fair price shop. The license of the
petitioner has been suspended and no decision has yet been taken by the
authority concerned.

Against this background, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction
upon the authority concerned to consider the grievance of the petitioner under
the reply and pass an appropriate order within a period of one month from the
date of communication of this order.

No order is passed as to costs.
