in order dated 26.10.2010 be read as ‘Suwanti Devi’.

In other words, the heirs of Suwanti Devi (opposite party

no.1 A) mentioned in paragraph 5 of the supplementary affidavit be

substituted in her place.

The order dated 26.10.2010 stands modified to the

aforesaid extent.
