Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Standing Counsel states that as directed by this Court the appeal of
the petitioner has been disposed of on merit and it has not been dismissed on
the point of limitation.

The merit and demerit of the order cane be challenged before Writ Court. So
far the compliance of the order of this Court is concerned, in the opinion of
the Court, the same has been substantially complied with.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this
contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open for
the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum.
