3 23.8.2010 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the case, a tractor was stolen, its

driver was provided some intoxicating biscuit,

consuming which informant became unconscious,

none is named in the F.I.R., suspicion is cast

that also in supervision but the tractor is

traceless and in such type of theft several

evidences like confession leading to recovery

and identification is probable. So I find it not

a fit case for anticipatory bail.

Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail on

behalf of petitioner is rejected.
