42. 29.08.2011. As prayed for by learned counsel for the

appellant, two weeks time is granted to the

appellant to take steps for fresh service of appeal

notice in ordinary process and registered post both

for issuance of appeal notice on respondent No.1, 2

and 5 to 9 for which the requisites must be filed.

Peremptory. The matter regarding the order dated

20.11.1995 shall be considered at the time of final

hearing of the appeal.
