43 09.09.2011 Heard the learned counsel for the appellant

on the interlocutory application No. 6049 of 2011.

This application has been filed praying for

expunging the name of respondent Nos. 1, 7 and 8 on

the ground that their legal representatives are already

on record. Prayer is allowed and the name of the said

respondent Nos. 1, 7 and 8 are expunged from the

cause title of memo of appeal.

So far item No.2 is concerned, as prayed for by

the learned counsel for the appellants, put up under the

same heading after two weeks as the copy of the said

application has been served on the appellants today

itself. Since the name of the respondent Nos. 1, 7 and 8

has already been expunged the appeal notice will go on

the rest of the respondents.
