Learned counsel for the appellant invites our attention

towards the earlier order of rejection noticing the period of custody.

In view of the nature of allegation and the evidence, during

the pendency of this appeal, let appellant Krishna Singh be enlarged on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/ (twenty thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional

Sessions Judge, FTC III, Jehanabad in S.T. No. 170 of 2002 / 74 of

2004
