for recall of the order dated 12.10.2010

passed in Cr.Misc.No.29440 of 2010. The

said order was recorded granting

permission to the petitioner to withdraw

the application.

                           Learned           counsel            for         the

                  petitioner       submits      that       he     had       not

                  withdrawn     the    said    application            and    in

fact, in that application, a report was

called for from the court below. He

submits that in fact, he had withdrawn

another application, the order of which,

by mistake, was recorded in this case.

Considering the statements made

in the present application, the same is

allowed. The order dated 12.10.2010

passed in Cr.Misc.No.29440 of 2010 is

recalled.
