Allegation being general of assaulting the informant with

lathi and butt part of the pistol and injuries being of simple nature

and the defence being of false implication on account of some

differences, let petitioner Krishna Yadav be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of

the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial

Magistrate, Kiul in Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case no. 29 of 2008.
