A country made rifle, carbine and pistol along with

cartridges is recovered from petitioner’s house allegedly kept by co-

accused Suresh Yadav and remained in custody since 30.12.2010, hence

is allowed bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10.000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Barachatty (Mohanpur) P. S. Case

No.152 of 2010.
