2 11.7.2011 The issues raised in this application regarding the

manner in which the petitioner had acquired the wealth and

money to construct a house can be raised and proved by the

petitioner at the stage of trial.

For the present, this Court is not inclined to

intervene with the order dated 30.7.2008, passed in Vigilance

P.S. Case No. 8 of 1994.

This application is thus, dismissed.
