07. 19.07.2011 Mr. S.N. Pathak counsel for the Bihar State

Cooperative Bank Ltd. has filed show cause on behalf

of opposite parties annexing a copy of office order

bearing Memo No.5054 dated 28.09.2010 passed by

the Deputy General Manager of the Bank in

compliance of the orders of the High Court dated

26.10.2009. From perusal of the order it appears that

copy of the said order was sent to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner, however disputes such fact

that the copy of order dated 28.09.2010 was ever

served on the petitioner.

Let counsel for the Bank produce the receipt

showing service of order dated 28.09.2010 on the

petitioner.

Put up on 22.7.2011 maintaining its position

in the same list.
