This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner forthwith as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have issued a proceedings calling upon the petitioner to produce certain documents. The petitioner counsel prays for a directions to consider this representation to be made in this regard.
3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate.
4. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to consider his claim as above. The respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
