Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Learned Standing Counsel is
directed to produce the original record as well as the letter dated 18.9.2009
which alleged to be after the order dated 20.7.2009. It is also made clear that
if this fact is correct the Court will be bound to initiate an action against
petitioner because this fact has been concealed and this is the sole argument
raised by learned counsel for petitioner.

Put up this case before me on 8.2.2010.
