This is an impleadment application. Learned counsel for the applicant has
stated that opposite party No. 1 Anoop Chandra Pandey, Principal Secretary,
Basic Education, Government of U.P. Lucknow, has been transferred and his
place Sri Jitendra Kumar has been appointed as Secretary Basic Education
U.P. Govt. Lucknow in the matter.

In view of the above, impleadment application is allowed.

Applicant is permitted to make necessary incorporation in the contempt
application within three days as respondent No. 1.
