The matter is taken up in the revised call.

In proceedings for recovery under taken by the bank a suit was filed and
an interim injunction was prayed for.The prayer herein is that the trial
court be commanded to dispose of the said application. Prima facie
such an application for interim injunction is not maintainable.

None appears to press this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed in default.
