Let the petitioner take fresh steps for service of

notice on o.p.no.2 through the Jail Superintendent/Jailor,

Adarsh Central Jail Beur, Patna. Requisites for issuance of

notice under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary

process must be filed within a week, failing which the petition

shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
