1. The applicants seek transfer of the above appeal to the Delhi Bench of the Tribunal as the applicant is situated in the State of Gujarat and is covered by the terms of Public Notice No. 2/2001. This facility is extended to appeals in respect of cases relating to the other Benches.

2. In view of the above appeal is directed to be transferred to Delhi Application is allowed.
