                               JUDGMENT

At the end of the day, the learned counsel for the petitioner

makes only one request. He prays that the petitioner may be

permitted to deposit the amounts payable under Ext.P2 order on

or before 07.06.08. I am satisfied that the said request can be

accepted. The amounts due under the said order including the

amount of Rs.750/- payable for the month of May, 2008 shall be

deposited by the petitioner before the learned Magistrate on or

before 07.06.08. In which event, the same shall be reckoned as

sufficient compliance of Ext.P2 order dated 13.03.08 in

Crl.M.P.No.914 of 2008.

2. This Writ Petition is allowed in part to the above extent.
