7 29.9.2010 Both husband and wife are physically

present in Court along with their respective

counsel.

Both expressed their desire once again

to lead their happy conjugal life peacefully.

Husband is ready to take his wife back today

from this Court in the matrimonial home and

undertakes to keep her with full care, love and

affection without any demand and torture. Wife

is also ready to go with her husband from this

Court to her matrimonial house.

In view of submissions, this Court

adjourns this matter to be listed on 11.01.2011

on the top of the list, on which date both

husband and wife shall be physically present in

Court.

Meanwhile interim protection granted to

the petitioner by order dated 30.8.2010 shall

continue.
