This appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned

single Judge in W.P.(C)No.5605 of 2008(P) dated 7-3-2008.

2. After arguing the matter for quite some time, Sri.Babu

Joseph Kuruvihazha, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks leave

of the court to withdraw the writ appeal. Permission sought for is granted and

the writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
