                               JUDGMENT

Exhibit P1 is an application made by the petitioner seeking

revision of timings. Complaint of the petitioner in this this writ petition

is that order on Exhibit P1 has not been passed so far.

Taking into account the above grievance, this writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on

Exhibit P1, if the same has been received and is pending, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks of production

of copy of this judgment.
