3/ 30.06.2010 This matter has been listed under the heading “To Be

Mentioned” on the request made by learned counsel for the

petitioners. By order No.2 dated 17.06.2010, the petitioners were

granted bail in connection with Simra P.S. Case No.4/ 2010, dated

19.02.2010, but due to typographical error in the said order it has

wrongly been typed as “Simra P.S. Case No. 4 of 2009”.

In the circumstances, the order dated 17.06.2010 is

modified to the extent that the petitioners have been granted bail

with respect to Simra P.S. Case No. 4 of 2010.

Let this order be communicated through fax at the cost

of the petitioners.
