By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order
of transfer dated 09.01.1996 (Annexure-11).

Due to efflux of time the relief as claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted
in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
