                              JUDGMENT

Raman,J.

This writ petition is filed against the order of attachment

passed by the court below. We have already disposed of Mat.

Appeal No.124/2007.

Though the writ petition is liable to be dismissed, since

further proceedings for sale pursuant to the attachment was stayed

by this Court, we extent it for a period of one more month so as to

enable the petitioner to clear off the arrears as on today, in the light

of the modified order passed in Mat. Appeal No.124/2007, failing

which it will be open to the respondents to proceed with the same.
