Till the next date of listing, further proceedings in S.T.No.138 of 2009, arising
out of Case Crime No.109 of 2006 under section 307 I.P.C., Police Station
Antu, District Pratapgarh (State vs. Hafeez Ahmad and others), pending in the
Court of Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Court No.11, Pratapgarh, shall
remain in abeyance.
