BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES.
The
applicant has taken out a note dated 15.12.2010 with a request to
correct the typographical error in paragraph No.2 of the order dated
10.12.2010 and also to make necessary change with regard to the day
or the date mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the said order.
Heard
Ms. Bhoomi Thakore learned advocate for Ms. Swati Soparkar, learned
advocate for the petitioner.
Instead
of the words “Co. Additional Public Prosecutor No.296 of 2010”
in 4th
and 5th
line of paragraph No. 2 of the said order, the words “Company
Application No.296 of 2010” should be replaced.
The said 4th
and 5th
line of the order dated 10.12.2010 shall read thus:-
“Vide
order dated 12th
October, 2010 passed in Company Application No. 296 of 2010….”
The
paragraph No.4 of the order dated 10.12.2010 reads thus:-
“4.
To be heard on Monday, the 17th day of January, 2011.”
After
correction of the above paragraph No.4, the same shall read thus:
“4.
To be heard on Monday, the 17th day of January, 2011.”
Office
is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order.
The
note stands disposed off.
