Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following
reliefs:
i) Direct the Family Court, Kollam to dispose of Ext.P2 OP
(HMA) 251/2007 as early as possible, within such time as this
Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice
and
ii) Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court deems just and
necessary to render complete justice in the matter in the facts
and circumstances of the case.”
2. We got a report. It is inter alia stated that cases are
posted for mediation today and if the mediation is not successful, six
months time will be required to dispose of the case.
We dispose of the writ petition directing the Family Court,
Kollam to dispose of OP (HMA) 251/2007 and MC 212/2008 filed by
the respondent on or before 30.10.2010.
