This application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioners praying to discharge the Guardianship of opposite

party no.11 namely Rohit minor son of Late Surendra Ram

and to place him under legal Guardianship.

No one appears on behalf of the opposite parties.

The petition is allowed and the minor opposite party no.11

Rohit is placed under the Guardian ship of the Deputy

Registrar and his natural Guardian is hereby discharged. The

petitioner is directed to file the necessary requisites and fee of

the same within one week, failing which this application shall

stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
