Learned counsel for the applicants submits that divorce has taken place
between applicant No. 3, Sanjay Singh and his wife Neetu Singh. He wants to
bring this fact on record by filing supplementary affidavit, which he may do.

List in the first week of August, 2010.

The interim order dated 13.09.07, which was in operation till yesterday, i.e.
6.7.2010 shall continue till the next date of listing.
