reported that Mushahari P.S. Case No.90 of 2010 has already been

disposed of on 24/25.9.2010. The present case relates to

Mushahari P.S. Case No.90 of 2008.

The learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge,

Muzaffarpur may clarify the position and send further report.

Put up the case after receipt of the same.
