By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the notice dated
07.12.2009 by which the petitioner’s license for carrying on the Indian Made
foreign liquor has been suspended and the petitioner has been asked to give
reply within 7 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to tell whether any reply to the
said notice has been given by the petitioner or not.

In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to
give reply to the notice dated 07.12.2009. In case, the reply is given, the
competent authority to dispose of the reply in accordance to law expeditiously
preferably within a period of two weeks thereafter.
