2 21.07.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Both the parties are present in this case. Learned

counsel for the opposite party submits that trial has commenced

and the evidence has started in this case.

Considering these aspect of the matter, I am not

inclined to intervene in the matter.

This application is dismissed.
