08 14-07-2011 On call, none appeared on behalf of the appellants either to

press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. From the

ordersheet it appears that since last several dates i.e. 18.03.2011,

19.04.2011, 21.06.2011 and 29.06.2011 the appeal was being adjourned

on the prayer made on behalf of the appellants. On earlier occasion, i.e.

17.3.2011, none had appeared on behalf of the appellants.

The appeal stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
