Issue notice to opposite party no.2 to show

cause as to why this application be not heard and disposed of

at the time of admission itself.

Requisites for notice under both the means,

ordinary as well as under registered post with

acknowledgement due, must be filed within one week from

today failing which the application shall stand rejected

without further reference to Bench.

In the meanwhile, further proceedings in

Complaint Case no. C-1552 of 2008, Tr.no.2332 of 2009,

pending before Judicial Magistrate, first class, Siwan, shall

remain stayed, if the trial is yet to commence.
