In compliance of the Court’s orders Sri Ran Vijay Singh, Reserve
Inspector is present in the Court. He says that the allegations
levelled by the petitioner are not true. The services of the
petitioner have been terminated because he was earlier found
absent from the duty and the story which has been placed before
this Court is not correct.

Let him file a personal affidavit about the correct facts of the
matter within ten days to which rejoinder affidavit can be filed
within two days thereafter.

List thereafter.

The officer present today need not appear unless called for.
