Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no.1 is
taken on record.

Mr. Neerav Chitravanshi, learned Advocate files affidavit of
compliance on behalf of opposite party no.2; whereby he has
brought on record the several cheques issued to the different
petitioners,whereby arrears of salary have been paid to them,
upon perusal of which I am satisfied with the action of the
opposite parties.

Therefore, contempt petition is dismissed and notices issued to
the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
