Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing
Counsel.

The petitioners contend that the Pay band in similar circumstances has
been given to other employees of some other division namely Mathura
and Banda.

Let the claim of the petitioners be examined by the respondent No.3,
who shall proceed to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass an
appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible
preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of production of a
certified copy of this order before him.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
